From I 40: Stonehenge Golf Club is located within Fairfield Glade Resort. Fairfield Glade is located just north of I-40, between Nashville and Knoxville. From I-40, take exit 322 to Peavine Road. Travel north on Peavine approximately 8 miles to Fairfield Boulevard. Take a left on to Fairfield Boulevard which will bring you directly to Stonehenge's parking lot

Description:

Architect Joe Lee has taken a pristine tract of land in the rolling and wooded Cumberland Plateau and made it his personal canvas for the masterpiece that is Stonehenge. The course gets its name from walls of native stone found throughout the 6,549 yard, par 72 layout. Natural rock outcroppings come into play on several holes, with a 15 foot layered stone retaining wall running along the left and rear of the signature downhill par 3, 14th hole. Bent grass tees, greens and fairways provide prime playing conditions.

Practice Facility:
Stonehenge offers a spectacular practice facility featuring a 40-station bentgrass driving range, chipping green, putting green, and practice bunker. Driving range hours are 7 am until 6 pm daily. Soft spikes only please. Course dress code applies.

The Stonehenge Grille is located at Stonehenge Golf Club in the center of Fairfield Glade Resort. The Stonehenge Grille offers a wide variety of menu selections and daily specials to suit any taste, and is locally known for excellent food and service.

Club Rental:
Top of the line Titleist rental clubs are available for men, women, and left-handed players. The cost is $25 for 18-holes.

Golf Carts:
Stonehenge is bentgrass from tee to green so CARTS MUST REMAIN ON THE PATH AT ALL TIMES. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions due to the delicate nature of this premium quality grass in this part of the country. Carts are required at all times and are included in the rate. Stonehenge is a very large, hilly golf course and holes are spread over the entire property. Cart drivers must possess a valid drivers license. Ride-along guests are allowed on a space available basis. The fee is $20 and availability is determined by the golf shop on the day of play.

Dress Code:
T-shirts, denim jeans and Bermuda length shorts are allowed for play at Stonehenge. Tank tops or cut-off shorts are not allowed. Golf shoes must be soft-spikes. The golf shop is available to install soft-spikes for a nominal fee.
